Please allow 7-10 days for delivery after your order is marked shipped. If you haven't received your item within this timeframe, please reach out and I'll be happy to help.
Replacement will only be sent if the item is damaged upon arrival. Please message me through email and provide proof.
5-7 days. Processing time is when an item is being made and/or ready for packaging. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME. "Made to Order" items involving resin will take 5-7 days to make. "Ready to ship" items will take 1-2 days to ship.

If you decide you do not want the item and would like a refund or exchange. Please refer to the Return Policy for more information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may/will be deducted from your refund.
Yes I do. At the moment, I will only be taking anime/manga panel style cups (similar to what I have on the site). It may take up to 1 week or less.

Yes! Please contact me prior to purchasing so we can discuss whether accommodations can be made. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority, which typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location; however, final delivery time will depend on the carrier.
Hand wash only. Please avoid soaking, microwaving, leaving the item in a hot car, or dropping it. This product is not dishwasher-safe. If your item includes a bamboo lid, ensure it is dried immediately after washing to prevent mold growth. Proper care will help maintain the quality and longevity of your product.
